POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a knowledgeable professional with a strong focus on Voice and Audio Visual (AV) systems within an enterprise context. The ideal candidate will possess the following expertise:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide technical guidance on Voice technologies, including IP Telephony, Softphones, and online collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Webex.
  • Specialize in the design and implementation of Voice/AV systems for new construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategies, technical standards, and reference architectures for the Voice/AV domain.
  • Oversee the successful execution of technology projects related to Voice/AV implementations.
  • Define team structure and resource allocation to meet business requirements in the Voice/AV sector.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and technologies relevant to the assigned architecture areas.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities in the Voice/AV field.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve design and implementation goals for new infrastructure environments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to identify and articulate Voice and AV requirements for new infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in designing comprehensive Voice/AV solutions for new facilities.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying Voice/AV technologies in new environments.
