At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Specialist - Ambulatory Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing professional development expertise to our ambulatory staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide orientation, competency assessment, and continuing education to all clinical staff.
- Foster the empowerment of staff through knowledge and achievement of excellence through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice.
- Continually assess the learning needs of all clinical staff, lead and maintain all clinical programs and courses, while evaluating the impact of their outcomes.
- Possess the ability to deliver information thoroughly and effectively utilizing a variety of teaching styles and techniques for the adult learner.
- Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. Other combination of education or experience may be considered.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Nsg Professional Maryland Registered Nurse Certification preferred.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR.
