Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our Subway team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that great food is prepared and served to our guests, meeting our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring that our restaurant is well-maintained and functional.
  • Inventory and Financial Management: Manage inventory and financial systems, ensuring that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Marketing and Community Outreach: Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach and promotional activities.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that our staff are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security, ensuring that our guests and staff are protected.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, working collaboratively with other members of our management team to achieve our goals.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Retention: Recruit and retain outstanding team members, ensuring that our staff are motivated and engaged.
  • Safety and Security Protocols: Ensure that safety and security protocols are followed, including adherence to local and national health and food safety codes.
  • Business Analysis: Maintain business records and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Support local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring that our restaurant is well-positioned to attract new customers.
  • Special Events: Plan and execute special events and promotions, ensuring that our restaurant is a vibrant and welcoming destination.

Requirements
