Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in all front office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Manage the front desk schedule, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage during peak periods.
  • Monitor and maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or other hotel management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
