Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in ensuring that all guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient guest service.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
Working Conditions

The Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis. This role requires the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
