Project Director

As a Project Director at Michael Page, you will be responsible for providing project leadership and establishing a proactive project safety culture. You will manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals, manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met, and review monthly invoices to ensure timely funding for the project. Additionally, you will lead the management of cost reporting, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in small-scale commercial TI/renovation construction, a complete understanding of the construction process, and excellent communication skills with various parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to take on multiple responsibilities are also essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects, with a strong and diverse pipeline of projects for years to come. You will have the chance to work on quick turnaround projects, most of which are $2Mil and under, and will be part of a team that prioritizes sustainability initiatives, DE&I strategies, and community service efforts.
