We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Infusion Nurse. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices. This will involve comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medication and perform pump refills as prescribed by the patient's physician.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers to promote healthy lifestyle choices and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the prescribing physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • 3 years of RN experience with 24/7 accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience.
  • Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles.
  • BSN degree.

The estimated full-time base annual salary is $80,000-$85,000, based on qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
