Job SummaryThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The estimated annual salary is $80,000-$85,000, based on qualifications, skills, and location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education.
- Collaborate with prescribing physicians, patients, and caregivers as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state, HIPAA, and TJC requirements.
- Participate in Shared Governance and integrate evidence-based research into practice.
- 3 years of RN experience with 24/7 accountability.
- Demonstrate skill and ability for completion of Intrathecal Nurse Fellowship Orientation program.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem solver.
- ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience.
- Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles.
- BSN.
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and smart phone knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform CPR continuously in an emergency situation.
