Position Summary: This role involves a structured training program over a 4-day work week, requiring travel for the initial 60-90 days, with all travel expenses covered.

The Store Manager in Training will learn to manage daily operations of the assigned retail location, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and accurate reporting. The role includes identifying growth opportunities while adhering to company policies. The Store Manager will maintain effective communication with both staff and the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of the assigned retail location.
  • Achieve collection targets set for the store.
  • Train staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are executed correctly and in line with guidelines.
  • Manage inventory of office and marketing supplies.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Monitor employee attendance and payroll accuracy.
  • Understand and manage the financial aspects of the store.
  • Submit helpdesk requests as needed.

Customer Service Duties:

  • Create a welcoming environment for all customers, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
  • Communicate the benefits of Dollar Loan Center's services compared to competitors.
  • Regularly check for pending loan applications to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Encourage customer feedback and reviews.

Loan Processing:

  • Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, clarifying any discrepancies.
  • Process loan applications swiftly, adhering to underwriting guidelines.
  • Provide clear explanations of loan agreements to customers.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Seek opportunities to approve loan applications.
  • Inform customers about their credit limits and potential increases.
  • Understand and articulate the advantages of Dollar Loan Center's offerings.
  • Encourage referrals from satisfied customers.
  • Conduct marketing outreach to existing customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on loan requests.

Collections Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional collection calls on overdue accounts.
  • Adhere to company collection policies and procedures.
  • Document collection efforts and outcomes accurately.
  • Evaluate delinquent accounts for potential escalation.
  • Maintain collection performance standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring adequate staffing.
  • Accurately calculate customer payments and address inquiries.
