A leading financial services organization is in search of a proficient DevOps Engineer to enhance their operations.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $190,000 - $195,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the architecture, execution, upkeep, and continuous support of Microsoft Enterprise GitHub.
- Manage the design, execution, maintenance, and ongoing support of cloud migration for Sonatype and SonarQube.
- Engage in the design, execution, maintenance, and ongoing support of Bitbucket cloud migration.
- Administer and support Source Code Management (SCM) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) tools, including Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Enhance operational efficiencies through automation initiatives.
- Promote the adoption of best practices in Source Code Management and Development.
- Diagnose and resolve performance and technical challenges to improve tool efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with CI/CD tools, whether in cloud or on-premises environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in Unix/Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
- 5 years of scripting experience in languages such as Bash, Python, Groovy, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level CI/CD strategies.
- Expertise in SCM, CI/CD, and collaboration tools like Perforce, UrbanCode, Azure DevOps, among others.
- Experience in supporting Atlassian Jira Cloud; certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with open-source scanning tools like Sonatype or Snyk.
- Experience in managing code analysis tools such as SonarQube or Contrast.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and Azure CI/CD YAML Pipelines.
- Experience with OpenShift pipelines is advantageous.
