Grand Hyatt Buckhead Front Desk Supervisor

Are you looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you can utilize your leadership skills and experience to drive results? As the Grand Hyatt Buckhead Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the front desk operation, developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate pricing and rate management. In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will analyze and resolve guest complaints, coach and counsel employees, and maintain accurate guest room inventory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk operation, including staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pricing and rate management
- Analyze and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of front office staff. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in a similar role. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
