Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and unique Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will share our vision for improving access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to LMSW therapists working toward their full license
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure of LCSW for 3 years
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
