Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines operate smoothly and efficiently
  • Respond to service requests, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
  • Assist in emergency maintenance situations, such as sewage back-ups and water main breaks
  • Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing
  • Operate plant equipment and building automation systems
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment preferred
  • Trade certification preferred
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be a team player, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable
