Job Summary

We seek an experienced Mechanical Forensic Engineer to join our growing team in Honolulu, HI. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth investigations of mechanical system failures, malfunctions, and defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct forensic investigations of mechanical failures, including HVAC systems, plumbing, machinery, and other components.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigative findings, analysis, and expert opinions.
  • Serve as an expert witness, providing transparent and credible testimony in legal cases.
  • Collaborate closely with other forensic specialists, legal teams, and clients.
  • Stay current with industry standards, codes, and new technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A minimum of 7 years of mechanical forensic engineering experience.
  • Stable work history demonstrating professional growth and reliability.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be a local candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Honolulu, HI.
