Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our training and development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
  • Collaborate with department directors and managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop and implement new employee orientation programs.
  • Compile data and analyze training metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals, reference libraries, and other educational materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and coaches on their personal and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience in training and development, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional facilitation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
