We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Construction Materials Testing team as a co-op student. As a member of our team, you will assist with geotechnical materials testing, construction observation, and inspections for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field and laboratory testing on a variety of construction materials, including soils, concrete, and asphalt.
  • Provide field inspections on construction projects and work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors.
  • Contribute to special inspections and materials testing for various projects, such as roadways, bridges, and more.
  • Prepare daily field and/or laboratory reports and manage documents for multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in construction management, construction administration, engineering, or a related area of study.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team.
  • Ability to work in varied weather and terrain conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
  • Ability to work overtime hours as needed based on project workload.
