Glazing Technician

The Glass Guru of Olathe is seeking a skilled Laborer with experience in Glazing and/or Construction to work on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist the Lead Glazier with the installation of insulated glass units, replacement windows, shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glass applications.

• Assist the Lead Glazier with the installation of insulated glass units, replacement windows, shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glass applications.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass an initial background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and a clean DMV record.
• Ability to lift up to 50-100lbs unassisted.

• Residential glass replacement experience.
• Window and door installation experience.
• Effective troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
