As a vital member of our Guest Services team, you will engage with our cinema patrons, serving as their primary contact for various functions within the venue. Your responsibilities will include assisting with check-in, guiding guests to their theaters, addressing inquiries at the Concierge desk, processing orders in the theater, delivering food and beverages, and handling payments. Your focus will be on providing an exceptional hospitality experience while adhering to safety protocols, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exhibit kindness and empathy in all interactions
  • Oversee and coordinate the cleaning of theaters, ensuring each seat is marked as sanitized before the next showing
  • Address order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
  • Manage the entire order process from entry to delivery
  • Complete assigned opening and closing tasks during shifts
  • Maintain assistive listening and closed-caption devices
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Resolve guest concerns with support from management
  • Own the lobby and seating experience, ensuring socially distanced lines when necessary, announcing theater seating, and guiding guests
  • Stay informed about our core and limited-time menu offerings
  • Keep up-to-date with the films and events showing in our theaters
  • Uphold the highest cleanliness standards throughout the venue
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment for teams and guests
  • Be responsible for all guest-facing interactions and the overall experience
  • Uphold the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or theater setting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Active alcohol certification from the relevant state agency
  • Active food handler certification from the relevant state agency
  • A passion for cinema is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to perform light lifting and transport items over medium distances, up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Able to navigate stairs multiple times during shifts
  • Position oneself discreetly out of view of guests in theaters
  • Operate POS systems using touchscreen devices
  • Ability to move carefully and operate effectively in a busy and sometimes loud environment
