We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Autism Learning Partners. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of clinicians, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and evaluate client programs to ensure continuous progress and improvement
  • Provide parent education and support to enhance client outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and solve problems to ensure effective treatment plans
  • Motivate and mentor behavior technicians to enhance service quality
  • Ensure clients receive full clinical prescriptions and maintain accurate records of billable hours
  • Deliver timely progress reports and treatment plans to stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
  • Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification
  • At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA
