Job Overview

The Certified Behavioral Analyst Supervisor plays a crucial role within our clinical team, offering essential support, mentorship, and oversight to designated Lead Therapists and Therapists. This position requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential to effectively conduct assessments, prepare reports, and provide supervision to staff members under the guidance of the Clinical Director and/or Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Oversee Clinical Supervisors, Lead Therapists, Junior Therapists, and Therapists.
  • Case Management: Fulfill all supervisory duties for assigned caseloads.
  • Family Engagement: Participate in family clinics and meetings to discuss Behavior Intervention Agreement goals and objectives.
  • Data Accuracy: Conduct bi-weekly inter-observer agreements with Therapists to ensure data integrity in each family’s data book.
  • Report Review: Monitor monthly report submissions from Lead Therapists to ensure timely completion.
  • Progress Evaluation: Review progress reports and online surveys submitted by Lead Therapists for each case prior to approval by the Clinical Director.
  • Documentation: Distribute approved progress reports to relevant funding sources as necessary.
  • Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and professional development sessions.
  • 1:1 Meetings: Conduct weekly individual meetings with Lead Therapists to provide guidance and feedback.
  • Feedback Loop: Offer insights to the Clinical Director and/or Executive Director regarding the performance of Lead Therapists and Therapists.
  • Quarterly Meetings: Participate in quarterly staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • FBA Report Oversight: Ensure that assigned assessors complete and submit all Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) reports before authorization deadlines.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend, crouch, walk, and engage in floor play for extended periods, as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs without assistance.
Supervision Structure

This position involves supervising Clinical Supervisors, Lead Therapists, Junior Therapists, and Therapists, reporting directly to the Clinical Director and/or Executive Director.
