**What You'll Do**

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical and case management services to behavior technicians and clients/families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Overseeing the work of behavior technicians and conducting quarterly competency reviews for direct reports.
  • Providing ongoing individual program oversight and attending weekly supervision meetings with the program director.
  • Ensuring that appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented and that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Completed Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, child development, Applied Behavior Analysis).
  • Discipline to remain committed to achieving consistency in daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance activities and indicators necessary for success.
