About the Role

Behavior Genius is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical quality across client programs by providing direct, ongoing support to Clinical Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Oversee Clinical Supervisors and review client program design to ensure it aligns with the client's goals and needs.
  • Assess children using VB-MAPP, Vineland, and Functional Behavior Assessment as needed to develop appropriate behavior strategies.
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses to develop effective behavior strategies and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Formulate a comprehensive Individual Behavior Plan for each child assessed and recommend comprehensive services.
  • Provide consultation and training for parents and community members to support the implementation of behavior strategies.
  • Staff, train, coach, and facilitate treatment teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Ensure that medical record documentation protocols are complied with to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Carry a caseload of 85 billable hours a month, including report review and report-writing.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports and clinical meetings with families and staff to ensure open communication and address any concerns.
  • Develop trainings for a team of Clinical Supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback to direct reports and Clinical Supervisors to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • 2+ years field experience in ABA.
  • 1+ year ABA supervisory experience.
