At BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, we are committed to improving the lives of patients with rare diseases. As a Quality Manager Trainee, you will play a critical role in our mission by learning and working in a structured management training program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leadership skills and knowledge in quality management
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance, donor suitability, product release, inspection readiness, employee training, continuous improvement, and people development
  • Collaborate with BioLife teammates to ensure exceptional quality and service standards
  • Travel to BioLife locations across the country to learn from team members and build your network
  • Support the creation of life-changing medicines by maintaining our high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
  • Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged glove wear
