Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist in managing daily billing operations through our financial software. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and posting of cash receipts to customer accounts on a daily basis.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable (A/R) process, which includes comprehensive customer statement oversight.
  • Maintain all records, files, and backup documentation pertinent to accounts receivable.
  • Review and supervise A/R and Accounts Payable (AP) Aging reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist in collection efforts while ensuring adherence to corporate credit policies to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Ensure accurate customer information is maintained in the database according to company protocols.
  • Support month-end closing activities by verifying that all relevant information is entered into the system and reviewing the current aging report for any discrepancies.
  • Assist in managing General Ledger (GL) accounts, including income and expense allocations.
  • Facilitate the evaluation of credit applications and customer notifications.
  • Help establish credit limits for new clients and monitor accounts based on financial data, business history, and credit reports.
  • Generate and archive essential accounts receivable reports, including aging reports, daily cash receipts, and end-of-month summaries.
  • Create and maintain standardized response letters for various incoming communications.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate HR compliance initiatives.
