Position: Interim Controller

Company Overview: Virtual is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Oversee purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Manage daily banking activities and ensure effective cash management.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with month-end close processes.
  • Proficiency in handling intercompany transactions.
  • Previous experience in cash management and/or banking.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing audits and tax return preparation.
  • Experience working in a global company setting.
