Registered Nurse Telemetry Full Time Nights BMC

As a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse group of patients. Under the supervision of a senior nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes, such as medication management, wound care, and pain management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of [insert state].
