Registered Nurse Tele Per Diem Nights BMC

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patients' needs with the nurse's competencies.
- Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- None
- Two years in acute care. Previous clinical nursing experience in med/surg, telemetry or ICU.
- Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- AHA ACLS must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role (ADULT CRITICAL CARE, TELEMETRY, INTERIM CRITICAL CARE UNITS).
- AHA PALS must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role (PEDI ICU).
- AHA NRP must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role (NICU).
- S.T.A.B.L.E. for NICU- Level 2 Nursery-Must provide proof of prior completion or obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer date into unit (Renewal is not required).
