Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients through phone, email, and other forms of correspondence
  • Create and update databases and records in our software systems
  • Track customer loads and update in various websites as required
  • Submit reports and prepare documents as needed
  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Assist colleagues and dispatch team whenever necessary
  • Provide solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and over the phone
  • Familiarity with common procedures and basic clerical skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in trucking/logistics a plus
  • College degree preferred
