Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative - Eligibility Specialist to join our team at MAXIMUS. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and assess applications, communicating with clients to collect outstanding information.
- Validate and calculate income, assess eligibility, and manage case referrals.
- Engage regularly with program participants, educating them on program services and eligibility requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and attain program objectives, ensuring continuity of services and eligibility.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by Management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven customer support or Client Service Representative experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to handle complex service inquiries via telephone.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate data entry, strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive relationship-building with customers and state eligibility consultants.
