Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Overhaul Leader to join our team at Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overhaul of aircraft, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel in the overhaul of aircraft, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective overhaul of aircraft.
  • Conduct regular inspections of aircraft and maintenance equipment to ensure that all is in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are coordinated and completed to the required standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on overhaul and repair.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
