Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing global workstream processes to enable value realization for our global ERP and associated boundary. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the global design contains all required specific global functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document global workstream processes to enable value realization for the global ERP and associated boundary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the global design contains all required specific global functions.
  • Create user stories that define stakeholder needs and are aligned to business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to global processes during system design, configuration, and system testing.
  • Align with respective global product owners to ensure the applications provide a fit-for-purpose solution that aligns to both the capabilities of the cloud and the requirements of the business.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to the global business product owners when business requirements will not be met within the standard ERP functionality.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or other business-related field or 12 years relevant supply chain experience.
  • Five years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain operations and systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP operating systems, tools, and experience with computer software such as Oracle, AWCS, AOM, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership with continuous improvement & knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills especially in relaying ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Certification.
