POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

The Risk Management Analyst will assist the CCIP Manager by executing critical tasks related to corporate insurance, risk accounting, and general administrative duties as required. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive, collaborative attitude and a commitment to professional growth within a leading construction organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the CCIP enrollment and compliance process for subcontractors on assigned projects.
  • Communicate project CCIP requirements to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Moss and the third-party CCIP administrator.
  • Review and process Notices of Acceptance (NOAs) to determine enrollment or exclusion, and inform the team and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Examine CMiC for new subcontract agreements.
  • Assess Notice to Owners (NTOs) for projects in Florida.
  • Analyze owner contracts for CCIP stipulations.
  • Organize, prepare, and facilitate CCIP Kick-off Meetings with project teams, both on-site and off-site.
  • Follow up with subcontractors to obtain any missing documentation.
  • Issue CCIP change orders to the Project Accountant.
  • Conduct monthly analyses of Contract Value and Payroll Amounts, issuing CCIP True-Up Change Orders as needed.
  • Place contracts on payment hold when necessary and inform the project team accordingly.
  • Hold regular meetings with project teams to address outstanding items.
  • Escalate subcontractor requests or issues as required.
  • Provide exceptions where applicable.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
  • Travel to CCIP project sites as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance or risk management within a construction firm, insurance brokerage, or insurance company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP) is a plus.
