Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in coordinating and monitoring SET client budgets and reforecasts
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve general business processes and planning
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and financial planners to analyze funding requirements and recommend solutions to achieve financial objectives
  • Manage the development and maintenance of operating expense and capital forecasts
  • Provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee the compilation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of complex data related to current and future operations
  • Manage the creation of reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes
  • Analyze multiple data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management
  • Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
  • Provide guidance and management advice that has a large impact on cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality
  • Hire, manage, and develop direct reports
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical and/or product management experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others
  • Ability to work with large, cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and results
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
