Job Title: AP Team Lead

As an AP Team Lead at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our store's receiving and stocking processes. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The AP Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the AP team, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily activities of the AP team, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure that all receiving and stocking processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and training to AP team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:
