About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at ERC Pathlight, a leading provider of behavioral health services. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and leadership to nursing staff
  • Participate in program development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Determine staffing levels and assignments based on census, acuity, and staff availability
  • Monitor and coordinate daily patient care activities under the direction of the nursing leadership team
Requirements
  • State licensure as an RN
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
  • Experience working with mental health patients preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.) preferred
