Job Description

Northeast Family Services is a leading provider of mental health services with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. We are seeking a skilled Behavior Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports to youth and families in their homes. You will utilize evidence-based practices to promote family strengths and address behavioral health needs.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year or $25-$30 per hour fee-for-service.
