About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including oil fryers, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Waste Management: Unload delivery trucks, take out and empty trash compactors, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Lighting and HVAC: Change light bulbs and clean HVAC and exhaust units to ensure a comfortable and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
