Job Summary: The HR Specialist at Polar Power Inc. is instrumental in talent acquisition, policy implementation, and refining practices to foster the company's development. This role necessitates a background in recruiting to address ongoing growth requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through diverse strategies including assessments, interviews, and social networking

  • Formulate and revise personnel policies and procedures
