Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications: SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
