Job Title: Substation Protection and Control Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Substation Protection and Control Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Power Delivery Services Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing substation protection and control systems for electric utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement substation protection and control systems for electric utilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in substation protection and control design and/or field testing/commissioning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and design substation protection and control drawings
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as SDS AutoCAD Electrical
