Troy Clogg Landscape Associates, LLC is seeking a skilled Landscape Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties, ensuring they look their best throughout the year.

We offer a competitive salary of $16+ per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the option to participate in deductible reimbursement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the appearance of our clients' properties through regular landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Safely operate power equipment and tools, such as backpack blowers, brush cutters, drills, and saws
• Operate heavy machinery, such as sod cutters, skid steers, and loaders, as needed
• Ensure equipment and job sites are clean and well-maintained
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Remove and replace turf, shrubs, and plants without damage
• Work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat and snow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
