h3Job Description/h3pAt Ladgov Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Court Reporter Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid court reporting license/certification for Nebraska and notary certification in the same state./ppThe selected candidate will be responsible for accurately recording and transcribing depositions, public meetings, and other formal proceedings for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Nebraska. Additionally, they will organize and facilitate virtual kick-off meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes./ppThe successful candidate will ensure all transcripts meet federal, state, and local standards, including proper formatting and indexing. They will also travel to various locations as required, adhering to travel regulations./ppThe requirements for this position include:/pulliValid court reporting license/certification for Nebraska/liliNotary certification in Nebraska/liliDemonstrated experience in court reporting for a federal government agency/liliProficiency in remote computer/video equipment for court reporting/liliStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills/li/ulpWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can meet the demands of this role.
