Club Membership Manager

Job Summary:
The Club Membership Manager is a key member of the retail leadership team responsible for driving the success of the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB program in our retail locations. This role requires a strong focus on customer experience, leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the CLUB customer experience, including promoting CLUB exclusive benefits and cost savings programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute successful onsite and offsite events representative of the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB brand standards.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with the General Manager, fellow managers, and outfitters to gain credibility and influence.
- Lead by example, serve as a role model and coach for peers and outfitters, and facilitate CLUB 101 training for new Outfitters.
- Design and execute strategies to help meet key CLUB metrics, review and analyze CLUB reporting daily, and partner with the General Manager to develop and lead execution of corrective action plans.
- 2-4 years of sales, management, or leadership experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management, and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
