As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio functions, including membership and retail sales, instructor performance and evaluation, and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership growth and develop strategies to prevent member attrition
  • Lead sales efforts and manage Sales Associates
  • Hire, train, and manage instructors
  • Utilize discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all employees and personnel
  • Manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
