At Plant Riverside District, we're seeking a skilled Gallery Director to oversee the operations of our Art Gallery. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the gallery's success through effective marketing, inventory management, and art curation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee gallery operations, including marketing, website management, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute marketing plans.
  • Manage client records, including merging records, updating client history, and adding affiliations.
  • Review submissions by vendors and new artists for potential representation in the gallery.
  • Set and send marketing timelines to the marketing department and directors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of gallery or luxury sales experience.
  • Experience in similar size organizations preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to devise and execute short and long-term strategic plans.
