The Administrative Operations Manager will provide essential administrative support to patient care areas during off shifts. S/he will oversee patient flow and bed management for new admissions, ensuring appropriate staff assignments for the upcoming shift.

This role serves as the on-site administrator for operational and emergency situations, effectively communicating with staff, organizational leaders, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education Requirements: Current CT RN license is mandatory.
Minimum Requirements: Recent acute care experience is essential, along with charge nurse experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a RN is required. Candidates must possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with previous management experience.
