Machine Assembly Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Machine Assembly Team Lead to join our team at JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the assembly, de-bug, and installation of automated equipment.
Job DescriptionThis position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to train and mentor team members. You will work closely with project managers, customers, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating resources and schedules to meet project requirements
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Training and mentoring team members
- Participating in concepting, design, and print reviews
- Leading installation of equipment at customer sites
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification
- Related vocational education preferred
- 5+ years' experience leading and coordinating the assembly, de-bug, and installation of automated equipment
- Ability to train and mentor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate Excel
- Highly proficient in reading part and assembly drawings
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Other benefits include:
