Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to work in our New Bern, NC facility. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents, work collaboratively with our team, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Credentialed in NC with an unencumbered NC License/Certification.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in a Long Term Care environment.
  • Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software (PCC a plus).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
