The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree from a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON). Additionally, the candidate should have current recognition as a CRNA by NCBON and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Certification/recertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing total anesthesia care to patients requiring anesthesia services, including pre-anesthetic evaluation and preparation, anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergency care. They will also be responsible for post-anesthetic care, pain management, and responding to emergency situations related to airway management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to our full-time employees, including a sign-on bonus of $120,000 for experienced CRNAs and $100,000 for new graduate CRNAs, as well as relocation assistance up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
