This role is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in systems engineering, product development, and requirements management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, medical device development, and requirements management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement systems engineering processes and tools, including Azure Dev Ops and Modern Requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement system-level product development and integration.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams to resolve in-market and product development issues.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance systems engineering processes and tools.
- Apply DFSS best practices to all projects.
- Expertise in Azure Dev Ops and Modern Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, with a postgraduate degree desired.
- At least 5 years of related work experience, with a combination of work experience and advanced degrees.
- Ability to lead multi-discipline engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in systems engineering, medical device development, or similar.
- Experience with systems integration and testing, system architectural planning and design, reliability engineering, project management, and failure modes effects analysis.
- DFSS knowledge and experience or statistical test design and analysis knowledge or critical parameter management.
- Experience working within an agile environment.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects/efforts.
